Please read the following Terms and Conditions before making an order on the online shop.

The following terms and conditions may be amended or modified at anytime without any prior notice. By using this site, you acknowledge & agree to these terms and conditions. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

White & Wander attempts to display all of our products & colours as accurately as possible. All items are represented as best as we can. White & Wander cannot guarantee that the colours represented or shown on the website exactly matches the actual product.

VINTAGE

At White & Wander we prefer authentic vintage treasures over reproduction items, thus you will find signs of light use and wear, adding to the charm of the item. Every effort will be made to describe the condition of the product but if you would like further details about any specific concerns, please email us at hello@whiteandwander.com.au

TAXIDERMY

International shipping of animal products are prohibited, thus all taxidermy can only be sold within Australia. Please contact us for a courier price should you be interested in any of our beautiful specimens.

RECYCLED PACKAGING

At White & Wander we will make every effort to use recycled packaging. Within the recycled box, your treasures will be lovingly packed up in bubble wrap and tissue paper. Please contact us if you require gift wrapping for a special present.

PRODUCT PURCHASE AND CANCELLATION

If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. Should you need to cancel an order please let us know within 24 hours of purchase

While we believe it is highly unlikely, should you be unsatisfied with any items purchased at White & Wander, please email us within 3 days of receipt of the product and we will negotiate a refund (no refund on change of mind), credit note or exchange.

We strive to be flexible in all our customer relationships so if in doubt, please contact us, we will be more than happy to help.

SHIPPING

White & Wander will ship items twice a week on a Monday and Wednesday. If you have an urgent request we will be happy to negotiate faster shipping for a small additional handling fee. White & Wander will use Australia Post where available and may arrange a Courier on request for larger and heavier items throughout Australia. White & Wander will ship most items internationally. Please contact us before you purchase for further information. Shipping costs include a warehouse handling and packaging cost in addition to the postal cost per parcel.

 PRIVACY

White & Wander believe your privacy is very important. All information collected will be used solely by White & Wander to conduct our business and no information will be disclosed to any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered.

 SECURITY

White & Wander is confident that your information is secure when purchasing items through our online store. We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using PAYPAL, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At this stage PAYPAL is the only payment method accepted by White & Wander.

 LIABILITY

White & Wander has provided information on the website to be as accurate & as possible. We will take all reasonable care – in so far as it is in our power to do so – to keep the details of your order & payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site
