Very lovely old metal rim and green mesh food cover with handle from the old manor house kitchen cupboards. Used only for keeping the flies off the cucumber sandwiches on the croquet lawn..... adorable old piece of Australian country life. Is this where the saying 'keep a lid on it' came from?

Measures 22cm at highest point x 48 long from end to end x 34 at it's widest in a dome shape.

Showing just the perfect amount of vintage wear and tear.

Styling note: Use as intended! Or if you must be creative (yes, we insist!) then hang it up of course - and by that we mean as wall art, as a lamp shade, a hanging light cover....fabulous.
